Your chances of success aren't great here, but you can certainly convince her father if you take the right paths in the conversation tree. If you want, you can offer to talk to her father and try to arrange for her to stay put in the Alienage. When the conversation ends, the girl, Nessa, will catch up with you and express her concerns about moving to a human army camp, where her parents intend to work as laborers. Leaving during your wedding day, the father has a bit of an attitude. It appears that their home, owned by a human, is being sold off. The one girl your age is named Nessa, and the other two elderly characters are her mother and father. You'll run into a few people here that your character apparently knows. Resist as you may, you'll almost certainly still walk away with that money.ĭ: At this point, an interesting event will occur. It appears that either way, they'll hand over fifteen silver coins for you to start your new life with.
You can be kind to them or mean to them, it doesn't matter. It appears they were friends of your late mom, and are here to pay their respects to you on your wedding day. Speak to her, and you can engage both of these characters in conversation. The male one appears to be nameless, but the female one is named Dilwyn. Nearby, you will find two elves, one male and one female. This tree is sacred to the City Elves, so be sure to add it to your codex as soon as you can. The first is to examine the glowing sign next to the gigantic tree at the center of the Alienage. If you talk to the drunks you can get them to give you money for your wedding, and if your cunning is decent you can get them to give you double the coin.Ĭ: There are two things to be done at this location. They won't have much to say to you no matter what you say to them, but you can witness their faux celebration for your wedding day firsthand, if you so desire. There's a wooden gate blocking you from leaving, but there are three drunken elves you can talk to here, if you so desire.
